player notes often not properly saved

I thought this was extraordinary ... sometimes I try to take player notes ( manual ) ... and after clicking save..... nothing was saved...

sometimes I assign some colour to a specific player, same problem.... I click 'save' ... and sometimes I have to repeat 3, 4 times to get it done.

Please open a Support Ticket with a PokerTracker4.log file that's recorded the trouble so that we can investigate that for you.
