Spin&Go multipliers issue - old question but is it solved?

Hi, I have read few topics but I didn't find quick answer.

I am getting irrelevant multipliers for some tournaments.Sometimes is x0 and other time its x3. I have "Tournament history enabled' in Pokerstars. I also checked "Protect filled table type" option in PT4 today. Will see if it helps.
Do you have any other advice or how to fix those wrong mutipliers?

Do you mean hand histories or tournament summaries? Please make sure you are saving and importing PokerStars tournament summaries as well as the hand histories. We recommend that you have Tournament Summaries set to save in PokerStars (Settings -> Playing History -> Tournament Summaries) and set to import into PT4 (in Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> PokerStars).

If you have any further trouble please include all relevant information detailing the problem (calculations, screenshot(s)) and compress the hand history/tournament summary files for any tournaments which don't work for you and attach them to a Support Ticket.

Both options are CHECKED. AS I followed the guide after I installed PT4.
So all those issues happened when both Hand history & Tournament summaries were ON.
Issues:
- PT4 mixes up multipliers - creates invalid multipliers 0x & x3. Tournaments under multiplier x3 or any other contains different multipliers? Why I can't open only x3 multipliers tournaments?
- Tournament info shows $0 winnings for all players.

I think i fixed it. I had to configure importing tournament summaries correctly. Now it works fine. Thanks
