ACR Jackpot EV Chips Won Inaccurate?

I uploaded my ACR jackpot HH and it seems to be showing up fine for the most part but the Net Expected Chips Won line on the graph doesn't seem to be working. It just mirrors the Chips Won and I think it's being calculated incorrectly... anyone have similar problem? Maybe just something I'm missing?

The profit counts incorrect
Chip ev counts incorrect
We still cant check our results and games honest.

Also all jack pot sngs shown like x2 multiplier. but maybe its because there is no prize pool in original wpn hand history

This is the problem - until WPN start providing results information for their tournaments we have nothing to import, so we default to the most common result of these tournaments, which is a x2 prize pool. You can edit your results manually using the Edit Tournament Results window.

If you have hands where the all-in equity is not calculated and you think it should be please attach the original hand history file for an example to a Support Ticket so that we can investigate.

I'm seeing the same problem with equity calculations and have reported it to the development team to be fixed.
I don't see a ticket from you using this account - if you opened it as a guest or using a different account please post the ticket number here so that we can link it to the issue in our system and get your examples to the development team as quickly as possible.

This has been fixed and will be available in the next release although I don't have a confirmed date for the next update which is currently subject to internal testing at this time. If you would like to try out an alpha version of PokerTracker 4 with the fix then please open a Support Ticket.
