30$ Spins are not getting tracked accurate

I am playing Spins since 2 weeks, I noticed it today the first time.

For Example I won an 30$ Spin like this; (this is what I get from Pokerstars)

in Pokertracker it shows me this;

I just checked my history from yesterday, and it sometimes appears their aswell, just this random win of 54.60$ in Pockertracker
It happend in the $15 Spins aswell, sorry for opening that threat, maybe its an known issue!?

Please compress the original hand history and tournament summary files for those tournaments and attach them to a Support Ticket so we can investigate this for you.

okay. how do I get them?

I exported the 37 Tournaments from PT4 and I can ask for the Tournament History files, is this what you need?

By default PokerTracker 4 moves your processed hand histories and tournament summary files to your \PokerTracker 4\Processed folder which you can access via the "File -> Open User Data Folder" option.

I can attache them all, since the problem appears, but searching for them takes a lot of time.. in these folders..

The files should be organised by site and date and for each tournament you should have a hand history file (beginning with HH) and a tournament summary file (beginning with TS). We only need the original files and not anything exported by PokerTracker 4. If you have not been saving the tournament summary files then for the most accurate results please get that setup by saving Tournament Summaries in PokerStars (Settings -> Playing History -> Tournament Summaries) and setting them to import into PokerTracker 4 (in Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> PokerStars).

To open the Tournament Results window either right-click the selected tournament(s) and choose Edit Tournament or click the Edit Tournament Results button in the sidebar when viewing the Results page.
