New Update - No update

Get the message that a new version is ready. Click link get 404 error. Anyway i download it from the download section.

I have version 1.13.00i

The new version should be 1.13.01 but hen installing my pokertracker is not updated. Checked and doublechecked its the correct folders etc.

Don't panic, version 1.13.01 is just the official version of the beta 1.13.00i patch so your program is up to date with either one. It still should have updated your version number though as long as you got the patch from here:
http://www.pokertracker.com/products/PTO/download.php

You downloaded that patch and then installed it into the same folder and it still says version 1.13.00i?

The new update completely fucked my pto up. Now it is the correct version but now my version is trial only.

So now i need a new registration code....

That is because you installed the full version instead of the patch as indicated above. We got your support ticket. Please respond from there.

Create a support ticket and select "Registration" > "I need a new code" for the category and provide the current product ID from the Help > About Poker Tracker Omaha window.:
