NoteTracker custom notes working on one site but not other..

So I got my NT working again thanks to the help of support but a lot of notes are not working on both sites. This is a basic note yet it won't record. Seems like all my PFR notes work on both sites when it's an open raise to a full number like 2x or 3x but won't work when its a non-standard size or if there are limpers ( Ihave notes like "PFR 4x after 1 limper", 2 limpers, etc. So only the most basic PFR notes record when it is a full number, most everything else will not work. Any suggestions?

Please export those NoteTracker notes and attach them to a Support Ticket along with those hands (and if you have similar hands from a different site that work then please include those too) and a link to this thread, or re-post the details, so that we can investigate.
