LeakTracker Videos Not Playing

I was watching the LeakTracker videos to set up my HUD stats. I took about an hour break to watch a show and then went back to the videos and they no longer work. The window opens up but it's all white, nothing loads. I went to the website to see if I can view the videos there, no go. I refreshed a few times and one time I got a black screen on the web page.

I checked the forums for help and I downloaded Flash player which was already updated. I use mainly Chrome as my browser so I downloaded that one. I did notice that the PokerTracker website is loading rather slowly. Could there be an issue on your end? Thank you very much for your help. Take care.
