That will depend on how large your databases are - you can see that in Database > Database Management.
Note that if you uninstall PostgreSQL (rather than just deleting an old database) then PT4 won't work.

Considering i purge all my database how much do you think i can win in Gigabyte with PostrgreSQL it self ?
Also if i decide to delete PostrgreSQL, will i be able to reinstall PT4 in the futur if i want ?

I am not sure exactly what you mean but if you have deleted all your databases then you are not going to save much more space by uninstalling PostgreSQL (on my computer PostgreSQL only takes up 170MB when I exclude the databases).
