how to setup the heatmaphud properly?

all my popups from the PPH 6max are working fine..but whenever I want to switch with ones from the Heatmap package..i see the popup but not a single hole card is highlighted

What postgres version are you running? Is your PT4 up to date? Did you add me on skype, if possible you can show me how you added them via teamviewer.

I downloaded the heat map pack, followed the instruction and am having the same problem, PT Ver. 4.15.32, using PG Ver 10.17.0. What was the solution you came up with? If you need more info let me know. Thanks I tried the heat maps on another hud and they work fine , not showing up fro my PPH 6 Max cash hud, hope that helps.
