Notecaddy 2.7.0.16 does not fix DPI scaling problem, see attached pic.

Vmware virtual machine.
Windows 10.
Pokertracker 4.15.
No scaling.
2329x1380 resolution.

it s the same thing for the badges,
it s impossible for me to see them on my HUD.
We can see only litle pixel at the same place.

I'm not sure how that would happen. Queunotte: are you using a virtual machine too?

Please enable logging (Configure > Options) and restart PT4.
Reproduce the problem and then attach the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) to a Support Ticket.

We'd also like to check the size of the image created by NoteCaddy, so we can see whether that is wrong, or if it's being displayed incorrectly by the Hud.
Please go to:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\PokerTracker 4\Data\AppsData\Tm90ZUNhZGR5\
..in Windows Explorer, and compress the "temp_images" folder and attach that to your ticket too.

If you can include a link to this thread and/or your screenshot that will help too; or post your ticket number here, so that we can match the ticket with this issue.

Dont have time for that ticket right now but i can tell you the images generated by NC is 500x45 pixels, badges 16x16.

I need to submit this to PokerTracker and I want to do so as soon as possible but I need a full PT log first. Unfortunately no one on our side can replicate it but it is very important to us to get this resolved as soon as possible so the full log will be greatly appreciated

The problem is not resolved. It's the same thing for me. the size of the badge and the graphs is too small.
