missing application note caddy

i recently updated newest pt4 which installed note caddy too.. don't think its working correctly.. ill add an nc rule to hud and its just shows a blue symble, ill hover over the symble and it says missing application note caddy..how can I solve this please..

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. This is a big challenge because it just takes one slight delay in response from NC to PT and that symbol will come up which indicates severed communication. The next version has changes that take extra steps to try and prevent this. If possible please make a support ticket with your log https://support.pokertracker.com/support/ticket/2 so that I can see if there are some additional improvements possible. I think the new version will be published tomorrow but any log you submit will be greatly appreciated
