Cannot connect to DB + Fatal Error

hi,
my set up was fine
bought pokerprohuds
now .. well:
after rebuilding cache
unable to rebuild cache

Reason: Error: Unable to execute query: Fatal Error;

and now my HUD is not displaying or importing...so i attache the log file

Please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket. You can access the log file by clicking 'File --> Show User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window - the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder. In addition to the log file it would also help if you can include your 5 or 6 most recent PostgreSQL log files.

getting the same problem right now: cant rebuild cache, and without rebuild hud stats are shown but no new hands are being oimported, how did you fix it?:
