population tendencies - note definitions tab

this is from a learning video and the coach showed how to look at populationtendencies via notecaddy (HM2)

when i open my notecaddy( mtt databse), several stats appear but it doenst show me the columns like total instances, total opportunities , average (important).
It only shows the column definition name.

When i click on definition name, a popup appears where i can choose the column chooser (where u can see those "missing" columns) but it doenst do anything.

how do i make these columns appear?

You need to hold down the left mouse button when selecting the column and then drag/drop it on the column header.
