The Ignition Hand Grabber Beta and Zoom Tables

Hi just installed the Ignition Hand Grabber beta and so far its working great on all the normal cash tables, but its not grabbing any hands for zoom. Is this as intended or am I experiencing a bug?

Its showing that the IgnitionGrabber 1.0 is seeing the table.

But its not registering in the PT4 software itself:

And one more issue I'm having, none of the hands appear to be making their way into the database, at least not to where I can view them under the "View Stats" tab. Is this also how its supposed to work or am I not doing something right?

I just purchased PT4 today, so I'm brand new to this software. I know how to manually download the hand histories from ignition and import them into PT4 database, but I was hoping the Hand Grabber would at least give me the partial stats it recorded because those hand histories aren't available for 24 hours on Ignition.

I will confirm with the development team, I believe that Zone hands aren't grabbed. Certainly the Hud can't be supported because there is no useful data from anonymous fast fold tables. If I'm right, I agree that having the Zone tables listed in the Status window is confusing, and I'll discuss that with the development team.
If the hands are importing then they are in your database - make sure that you've selected the cash section ($) and chosen the player called 'Hero' in the player selector.

We do intend to support grabbing of Zone hands, but it isn't in the initial beta. I don't have a timescale for when it will be added, but it's on the list.

Is the Mac version of the ignition hud in the works?

It isn't currently possible to grab hands from Ignition on Mac OSX due to the way that operating system works but if you want to be notified if this changes in a future version then you can let us know in a Support Ticket.

Love the new Ignition HH import tool, but I have one issue: it looks like the PT4 positions are randomized and not consistent so “seat 1” isn’t always the SB, “seat 2” isn’t always (the same position), etc. instead of “UTG”, “Dealer”. So when I’m running a population pool report it won’t really work because the seats aren’t always the same position. I know the other company’s Ignition HH converter did this. It seems as if the import tool should grab the actual named position instead and keep it consistent. Is this possible to adjust? Thanks
