HUD drop down menu not showing

Hi Guys,

Probably a newbie problem here, although i’ve searched the forum and don’t see any similar issues.

I’ve just upgraded from the trial and the drop down menu on the HUD (pokertracker symbol at the top each table) has stopped working. Can’t for the life of me see why, can someone help please?

Are you using multiple monitors or an external monitor on a laptop? If so that's a known issue on High Sierra but things should still work OK on the primary monitor. If you would like to be automatically notified when that's resolved then please open a Support Ticket.
