HUD missing on Pokerstars.se

Hi,
Swedish players moved to pokerstars.se from pokerstars.eu yesterday and my HUD is missing now. PT4 sees my active tables and also imports. In the 'configure sites' tab it says that 'Pokerstars does not appear to be installed. The zoom option for the HUD is ticked (I usually play zoom). I'm at my wits end now. How do I fix this?

PS Have tried to reinstall the client a couple of times to no avail.

Hi guys,

Changes SUCKS, yesterday everything was fine with PT4 and pokerstars.eu but today I had to download a new version, pokerstars.SE when we in Sweden changing the licence/law for gambling. I have deleted all other sotware as .eu and .es and removed and downloaded again, but it just says, "Pokerstars does not appear to be installed", I have also added my link to the handhistory myself but it does not import.

HELP, I have no clue what do do here? And of course I run in client in english

Now my HUD is working again. A tip about selecting the import folder: go to the save hands tab and copy the folder address and then paste it in pt4. My pt didn't recognize any folder address after 'AppData', but this bypassed it.

PokerTracker 4 has been updated for PokerStars.SE (the update downloads automatically) so if anyone is still having problems make sure that everything is setup correctly in PokerStars and PokerTracker 4 and if you are playing Zoom that you have followed these steps and uninstalled your previous PokerStars client. If that doesn't get things going then please report this to us in a Support Ticket with your log file:

The 'AppData' folder is hidden by default in Windows File Explorer but it can be made visible - see this guide.

I play plo cashgame on pokerstars.se and at the regular tables my hud keeps randomly disappearing and then randomly comes back again and then its like a new table so in the hand history viewer i can only see hands from when the hud came back again. All hands are imorted though and this never happens at zoom tables. Whats going on here??

So we can find out what's causing that please enable logging, reproduce this issue and send us your PokerTracker4.log file in a Support Ticket:

You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.
