pokertracker4 not tracking hands

My pokertracker seemed to have stopped tracking hands. Even after i click "get hands while playing" it won't record my results. Can anyone help me with this issue? I play on bodog.

You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.

I can no longer even open poker tracker to go to support tickets. Is there anyway I can have someone from your team go onto my computer to resolve this issue?
