Issue importing hands from Ignition Casino

Hello everyone first time poster.

I am currently trying to import my hand history from Ignition Casino onto PT4 and I get an error that says: This statistic was exported from a newer version of PokerTracker. It cannot be imported.

I am not really sure what that means as I only have PT4 and I am using the latest version. I am using a Macbook Pro which I believe may be the issue here.

Can anyone help me with manually adding my hand histories onto PT4.

That sounds like you are using 'File -> Import Statistic' which is only for importing custom statistics. To manually import hands into PokerTracker 4 you need to use 'Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk' instead.
