HUD not showing up

I play on Ignition and just bought PT4. The HUD doesn't show up on tables half the time and it NEVER shows up on the 4th table if im running 4. Pretty frustrating. Any word on this?

We made a further change in the last update to allow the Hud to attach when you are automatically re-seated to a new table (if you are initially seated at an empty table and then re-seated to an active one, for example) but we aren't aware of other cases when the Hud does not attach, so if it's still happening for you using v4.15.10 and grabber version 1.0.9 (you can check this by going to PokerTracker+ > Ignition Hand Grabber > Status in the menu) please open a Support Ticket and report your problem.
Restart PT4 and reproduce the problem - be sure to play a few hands at the table and if the Hud still doesn't appear then after you sit out go to File > Open User Data Folder in the menu and open the Logs folder in the window that appears. Compress all of the files there (not the Archive folder, just the files) and attach that to your ticket. Also attach the generated hand history files for the session - if you haven't stopped auto import yet the hands will be in HandHistory\Ignition, or after that they'll be in Processed.

It happens every third session or so. really frustrating and has nothing to do with getting moved in a table.

As WhiteRider says we are not aware of other cases when the HUD does not attach so please report this to us in a Support Ticket with your log files and hand history files as described above.
