Ignition support

Is there an area to comment on issues of the new Ignition support? I noticed that it does not detect a 9-handed game when 6 or fewer players are playing and therefore the HUD display is messed up then. Edit: this might be because I didn't have a default seat for 6-handed play set up.

Hand grabber cannot find tables. I'm registered, opened pt 4 before opening tables. I have get hands while playing clicked. Maybe I'm missing something I have gotten a error SPADE that shows as the status sometimes. Not sure what is going on.

Ignition have updated their software and we need to update the grabber to handle this change. The development team are working on this now. Once it's ready we'll be able to push out the fix as an automatic update, but if you want to receive a notification when this is done please open a Support Ticket.

The update has been pushed out now. Please close down both PT4 and your Ignition client, and restart PT4 first so that the grabber update can be downloaded and installed.
