So we can find out what's causing that enable logging in PokerTracker 4 (Configure > Options) and then reproduce the issue you described. Take a
screenshot of the table(s) and then after playing for a few minutes select 'File > Open User Data Folder' in PokerTracker 4. In the window that opens go to the 'Logs' folder and
compress all of the files there (not the Archive folder) and attach that to a
Support Ticket along with your screenshot and hand history files for the session (when you stop getting hands they will get moved to your 'Processed' folder which you can also access via 'File -> Open User Data Folder' in PokerTracker 4).
