I've been having this exact same problem for the last week or two. Also, my WPN screen name has a space in it if that matters.

I'm also having this issue. The problem began when I played on Sunday, where the HUD would sometimes display the correct seating on one table, then wouldn't display the correct seating on others. Sometimes the HUD wouldn't display at all. I would stop the import then restart it to fix it sometimes. Now I'm playing on Tuesday night where the HUD was acting the same, but a few hours into the session the HUD won't display at all. The hands are still importing without any issue but the HUD is completely dead. Sending support ticket with log file.

There is a known problem with screennames that have spaces, which we have addressed for the next release. If you open a Support Ticket we can send you an alpha version with the fix.

PT4 is now suddenly working with ACR. I hadn't logged in to ACR for about a week and a half and it's working fine now. There was a client update on ACR's end but I didn't change any settings or anything.
