Note not taken

This hand does not show up as a note. I have other hands where the table is 5 handed and they show up as notes, any ideas. Thanks

Are you sure the note hasn't been taken? Have you tested the hand in NoteTracker? The note window specifies 5 hands:

1. T8o
2. AKo
3. 94s
4 & 5. KK+ (which means KK + AA).

If you cannot test it then please export the note definition and hand and either attach that here or in a Support Ticket.

I saw the KK+ but was not sure if it meant the AA hand was included, is there a limit to how many notes will show in a line? If so how do I change the settings. Thanks for clearing that up.

That isn't configurable and if every possible hand combination was displayed that would be 169 individual items. If your opponent had every pocket pair included in this note this would be displayed as:

22+

If they had all pocket pairs except AA, 99, 77 & 55 this would be displayed as:

TT-KK, 88, 66, 22-44

The same principle is applied to the other hand groupings Axs, Kxs, Qxs e.t.c. & Axo, Kxo, Qxo e.t.c.
