Hand grabber ignition not installed, how to?

Hi, I am new guys, I just used pokertracker 4 for the trial and was downloading hands on igition. I have just purchased and found the latest version not working after the new year. This version has said that hand grabber is not installed for ignition but the trial seemed to work fine.

You haven't linked your new license to the Hand Grabber Beta and you can sign up for that here:

I also acquired Poker Tracker 4 for the trial. I am on Ignition and can't install the Hand-grabber because it wants my Poker Tracker registration ID, I haven't purchased it however so I don't have one... How can I try the "trial" if I can't install the hand grabber so PT can work?

You can open a Support Ticket to request a trial for the Hand Grabber.
