All-in Adj $/BB

It seems like there is an error with the way Pokertracker displays All-in Adjusted EV (either in $ or in BB) for hands imported via Ignition Hand Converter and displayed under Pokerstars users in PT4. Rather, it doesn't seem to be calculating it at all, instead displaying the same value for "$ Won" as "All-in Adj $" and the same value for "Won BB" as "All-in Adj BB." This is not an issue with Ignition Card Catcher/hands displayed on iPoker in PT4, where all my hands that get imported into PT4 have the correct values displayed for All-in Adj $/BB. Wondering if you are aware of the issue or if we can expect a fix. Thanks!

Unfortunately we do not support Ignition hands in the format of other poker sites. Downloaded hands from the Ignition client are directly supported in PokerTracker 4 and an integrated hand grabber is currently in Beta.
