Can't get to access to hand from Bovoda

Hi Pk4 forum.

I played Ignition and Bovada on both sites. I downloaded the hands from both sites. I can only see the hands from Ignition, but I can't see the hands that I played on Bovada. Any solutions? I was able to import the hands from bovada throught download, but I can't find it on the "View Stats"

Bovada hands will still import under the 'Ignition' site and 'Hero' name but if you cannot find them please send a screenshot to us in a Support Ticket of your PokerTracker 4 report window along with a sample of your Bovada hands.
