Make sure that no preferred seat is set in PokerTracker. In PT4 go to Configure -> Site & Import Options, choose PokerBros on the left and uncheck any/all preferred seats on the right for every table layout.

Are you still seeing the same issue with the stats at an incorrect location?

Please note, if you previously saved them incorrectly then that incorrect positioning will still be used.

thank you for the reply. Yes, I am still seeing the same issue.

As indicated earlier in the thread, I tried it both with and without preferred seating in PT4:

I moved the HUDs to their correct positions and saved, but this messes up the positions on other tables. I tried this with "preferred seating" option on, as well as without it (restarting the HUD between changing the settings). Also waited for being blinded in (to make sure it's not an issue of the HUD showing the stats for observed hands).

Also I can confirm there is no consistency where the HUD appears, at least no logical one I could figure out.

Please note that the app itself (Pokerbros) has a default seating position for Hero (center bottom), which cannot be changed in the app, as OP mentioned:

Last thing, there is no preferred seating option for the site/app itself. It always just rearranges so you are seated center at the bottom. With that said, what would the preferred seating arrangement be under the pokerbros tab for site/import options? I imagine just the center seat? What i was saying before was I have tried to choose all the different seats under site/import options and it doesnt move the hud at all. I have also moved the hud AFTER the first hand has been imported. What happens then when I open a new table is the hud is all screwed up again.

Right, I just wanted to 100% rule out that the issue is with PokerTracker. I am pushing EliteHUD for an update and will update the thread as I learn more.

It turns out it is a PokerTracker issue and we'll be releasing a new PT4 version later today which will fix this issue.

Please upgrade to PokerTracker v4.15.19 once available.

Is PT keeping stats by player screen name or ID number?

Right now we are using the screen name as provided by the converter. However, we are looking into alternative methods to use the player's id which presents some unique challenges that we have not previously had to deal with.

heya!

i have the same problem with pt4 for blast bournaments on 888 poker...
Updated to .19 version and still the same.
Any fix for this?
