I am not aware of any specific issue regarding this so please make sure everything is setup correctly:

Guide: Preferred Seating

partypoker Preferred Seating Guide

If the statistics are still in the wrong position then enable logging, open one table only, move the HUD to the correct positions and save the new positions via the PT-icon. Next open a second table and see if that has fixed it but if not please send us your log file, screenshots of the tables and hand histories to us in a Support Ticket:

Pref seating its on pt4, but on 888 it doesent exist a pref seat option anymore.
I moved the HUDs to their correct positions and saved, but this messes up the positions on other tables.
Unfortunately, i dont have a bankroll anymore on 888 to make logging enabled and to sent it to you.
I think i'll deposit next weekend and try to sent a ticket..
Meanwhile, cant someone try a blast tourney with pt4 and see if there is a problem?

If your poker client has no preferred seating option and your view is not rotated to a specific seat at a table then you should not use any preferred seat settings for that site in PokerTracker 4.

As I mentioned above you first need to do move the HUD and save the positions with only one table open.

I don't have access to this site and I am not seeing any other reports so follow my suggestions above and if you still have an issue the next time you play do this:

Hello,

If I have the latest LDplayer emulator will the pokerbros elitehudconverter not work? As I see in the doc file a statment that says version 4 isn't supported yet, has this ben resolved or do I need to actually uninstall everything and download v3?
