ACR file format error

I am getting the following errors when wanting to import from disk....poker client Americas cardroom Winning Poker network (yatahay)

any ideas?

That is because you are importing from your PokerTracker 4 installation folder. When using 'Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk' you need to select the directory on your computer that has the hand history files you want to import.

The problem is the ACR hand history folder is always empty. Even in the poker client it only populates on the day and what MTT's I am playing. I have no history from the last year anymore....

PokerTracker 4 moves your auto-imported files to your 'Processed' folder which you can access via the 'File -> Open User Data Folder' option:

C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Processed
