Error when villain shoves and hero folds

Hi, I've been running into this error when villain goes all in and then I fold. The hand does not collected.

If this is in grabbed Zone hands we are aware of that issue. If you want to receive a notification when the fix is released please open a Support Ticket.

We actually recommend disabling grabbing of Zone hands because the information available is incomplete and the Hud cannot be shown due to the players being anonymous and changing every hand. Instead we recommend downloading the hand histories from Ignition to import later as these have full information. See this guide.
