my problem is that while i adjust the hud normally for the tournaments.In the site doesn’t exist the program…the hands importing normally.

Maybe you are facing the problem of languages rather than MAC, I’m using MAC too, HUD is good for cash but not for tour, finally I found it’s related to Lagrange you are using for PokerStats, after changing to English everything is OK.

I saw others posted same problem in general panel at about 13 years ago, but seems the problem still exists

If the PokerStars software isn't in English then the information in the tournament table window titles do not match the information in the hand histories PokerTracker 4 is importing from and the HUD will not be able to attach.

the problem is the hud doesn’t support in the multi tables tournaments.on cash tables or zoom tables is working normally.

Make sure your PokerStars client is running in English (PokerStars Client -> Settings -> Global -> Language -> English) or the HUD will not work on tournament tables. If it still does not work then please report this to us in a Support Ticket with your log file:

Hope this thing can be fixed some time in future, I think the time of the window is quite easy to match, for example, the title in Chinese includes “锦标赛”, which means tournament in Chinese, so that you can match the title using some pattern matching method for all laguages.

Maintaining support for all possible client languages would add a huge amount of work as the sites change details like this fairly frequently, and currently that isn't practical unfortunately.
