PT4 does not find custom stats

I changed the hard drive on my PC and previously dragged all custom stats & layouts to an external HDD.
Now I have the problem that PT4 no longer shows me the custom stats I'm looking for.

Random example:

I can play with the layouts that contain the stats, but if I am looking for a specific stat, pt4 will not find it.

I dragged the folder with the stats onto my pc. If I want to import the custom stats into pt4, pt4 tells me that the stat already exists.

now i have no idea how i can view the stat to continue working with it..
any ideas?

Try rebuilding your custom cache (Database -> Database Management -> Rebuild Cache -> Custom Cache Rebuild).

Many thanks for the answer. I've tried your suggestion several times with each database. Without a result. The problem is still there.
What can I do or are there any other suggestions? Is this a bug?

PT4 does not use the individual stat files (other than for importing). The custom stats that it knows about are all stored within a single data file.
Please make a Backup of just the default Optional Files (no databases) and attach it to a Support Ticket with a link to this thread.
Also attach one of the stat files that you're trying to import, that PT4 says already exists.
