Notecaddy graphic did not show in hud popup

I registered the notecaddy with pokertracker code.
But the grapic did not show on the new popup group which I created.
I have proceed the note of all my hands. Maybe 500000 notes in notecaddy.

There won't be anything added to your popups automatically as it would be difficult to know what, if anything, is relevant for custom popups. If you went through the NC wizard and picked a NC edge pack, there should have been a hud profile added to your PokerTracker with popups that have NC graphics. You can export/import those popups or use some of the graphics that are configured for them in your own popups by adding the same "NC." stats.

You can also add NC.PlayerOverview to your HUD and this will give show you the NC icon that shows a player's notes that have a reasonable sample size and whose values are considered to be within a 'note worthy' threshold.

I have been trying to get Notecaddy to work for some time. You do not give an example if you didnt go though NC edge or what ever it's name is. Also very reluctance to purchase anything as I have never seen this program work

Even if you picked only the default definitions, you can still add the NC.PlayerOverview stat to your HUD. Any NC definition/stat can be added to your popups via the PT4 HUD editor and the result for any of NC definition can be viewed in NC for a single player or in aggregate. For a single player it's tools->player notes and for the aggregate you right click the definition in the list on the right and click 'analyze'.

If you continue to have problems please elaborate on what you are attempting to do

I have the same issue. The HUD is configured as in attached screenshot.
In the HUD either there is no character shown or a dash ('-'). All stats startign with NC. are not shown.

I followed also the getting started tutorial without any error.

Try reimporting your HUD.

If you import your HUD into PT4 before you import NoteCaddy stats in NC, the NoteCaddy stats don't get attached properly.

Proper method to ensure that NoteCaddy stats get attached correctly to HUD/Popups:
1. Import NoteCaddy Definitions into NoteCaddy.
2. Import HUD into PT4.
