Unable to import Pokerstars hands

I followed the procedure indicated to perform a manual import of my history on Pokerstars but it doesn't work.
When I select my file, the summary tells me that no hands are available while the source file is correct
Could you help me please.
I need ti import the hands i played before Pokerstars installation.

That is not a PokerStars hand history file (.txt) - it is a PokerStars playing history audit file (.csv). If you read it all it details is how much you bought in for and rebuyed for on each table - there is no specific information about each individual hand. You need to request from PokerStars copies of the original hand history files themselves which are .txt files and have information like this inside.
