I GET each stat has a video to explain what it is. WHAT THE F is the graph? there is no legend. what does green mean? what does dark grey mean? what does light grey mean?????????? PLEASE HELP ME. I cant find the answers anywhere

The bar starts at 0% and finishes at 100%. The optimal stat range in each video is represented by the green bar, light grey if it's slightly outside and dark grey for the rest. Your own value within those ranges is represented by the thin black bar.
