Bovada Tournament Hud

Realizing I may have posted in the wrong spot so this is a repost.
My Hud is no longer appearing on my tables as of today. It had been operating smoothly since I started the beta when it was released. My hands are still catching and I can manually go look at my table stats by accessing the "view tables" tab. On that page it will even occasionally say <Hud Loading> underneath the Hud Profile column for each of the tables. However the Hud never loads. I even tried My ace poker solutions card catcher which I had used pre beta and the Hud does not load on it either. Thanks for your insight!

Ignition have made a change and we are looking into what changed so that we can update the grabber to accomodate it.

The update for the Ignition Hand Grabber has now been pushed out and will be downloaded and installed automatically the next time you restart PT4.

It's not installed automatically, what should I do?

So It appears to work perfectly fine for some tables but other tables never start collecting any hands.

So we can investigate this please enable logging in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure > Options' and then restart it. If you then have any problem then take a screenshot and send that to us in a Support Ticket with your log files. You can access the log files by clicking 'File -> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window. Go into the 'Logs' folder and compress all the files there (not the Archive folder, just the files) and send them to us with your screenshot.
