Bovada HUD

Postby SuperJon » Sun May 24, 2020 12:30 am

Currently playing 2 cash tables on Bovada.

Table 1 - Hands are being imported into PT4 as they are completed, but the HUD is not coming up.

Table 2 - The HUD is up, but all stats were showing 0's until about 10 or so hands were played.

I was having a similar issue earlier and did restart both PT4 and Bovada before joining these 2 tables.

So we can investigate this please enable logging in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure > Options' and then restart it before you join any tables. Take a seat at one table, allow the HUD to appear before you open a second table and wait for the HUD to appear there before opening a third e.t.c. If you then have any problem with having a HUD not appearing then take a screenshot and send that to us in a Support Ticket with your log files. You can access the log files by clicking 'File -> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window. Go into the 'Logs' folder and compress all the files there (not the Archive folder, just the files) and send them to us with your screenshot.

Thanks. I'll enable logging.

I did join 2 tables this morning without any issues. I will try your suggestion of joining one at a time, and will submit a log if the issue comes up again.
