In PokerTracker 4 select the 'PokerTracker+ -> NoteCaddy -> Disable NoteCaddy' menu option and then restart it.

I have passed your request on to the NoteCaddy development team. In the meantime you can disable NoteCaddy via the PokerTracker Apps menu.
