Discovered what caused the issue. Apparenty Poker Tracker 4, I guess, discovered the hand histories in c:/AmericasCardroom/handhistory when they were actually listed in C:/AmericasCardroom/handhistory. I believe it is same location just initiated differently but when I redid the search and both listed the HUD started working. When I deleted the little c listing hand histories showed. I am not literate enough to know why.

I also have the same issue than you guys with ACR Blitz Poker.

It seems that it always happens after a little freeze of the table (1 or 2 seconds) when we are waiting to get dealt a new hand.

Then the HUD doesn't follow the player's names on the next hands. We can solve this by closing the table and re opening a new one but it's not a solution to have to close and restart a table every 50 hands. This is annoying and would forbid us to play deep. Please PT4 make something to solve it as soon as possible.

Is the Blitz table displaying 'null' as described on page 1 of this thread?? If so then refer to the reply here. If your Blitz tables are still displaying the correct table number when the HUD isn't working then report this to us in a Support Ticket with a screenshot and your log file:

The issue is well the fact that table numer changes to "null" ! From this moment, we can't play the hand as no action is available. We have to wait to be timed out and then the HUD is starting to mess up.

I attached the screenshot and will forward it to ACR !

The HUD either is on the wrong player or there is no HUD at all. (I am 2 tabling Blitz)

Hi,

I play 4 Blitz tables and the HUD will work fine for a few minutes. Then the table number in the top left changes of form a number to "null" and one or two other tables will do the same shortly after. It seems one table will remain fine and keep the HUD updated as I fast fold through to new hands.

Thanks for any help,
Rich

Is "null" displayed in the table window title as discussed in this thread? Unfortunately as of their latest software update WPN have a bug where sometimes the window titles of Blitz tables say "null" instead of the session number, and this means that PokerTracker 4 can't identify the correct window to attach the HUD to. Also if your HUD has the correct players but is on the wrong seats you can move the HUD to new locations on the table by holding the Control key while dragging the HUD or you can click the PT-icon and select 'Unlock Layout' to move the HUD around on the table without the need to hold the Control key. When you have your HUD placed where you want on the table you should save it by clicking the PT-icon and choosing 'Save Layout' so the new HUD positions are remembered for future tables. If that isn't the problem open a Support Ticket with information detailing the problem and your log file:

When the window titles of Blitz tables say "null" instead of the session number PokerTracker 4 can't identify the correct window to attach the HUD to. We've passed this information on to WPN and hopefully they will fix it soon.

I was running into issues as well. I find basically if I take my time to fold, it seems to keep up. This is with 2 tabling blitz. If I fold too fast, one table will keep up and the other one will just freeze the HUD. I tried yesterday to reset the HUD with the PT4 buttons at the top of the screen and when the HUD reset it updated one table but put the HUD that should have been on the right table on the left table and no HUD popped up on the right table.
