Hand grabber only catching 98% of hands

I'm having trouble with PT4 picking up EVERY hand while playing zone it grabs like 98% but then misses a few. It is throwing off my results dramatically I'm wirting this now after looking for a hand to tag for review and it is nowere to be found in the hand history log. Please help I tried to make a support ticket but closed it after i thought the problem resolved itself. I was wondering if anyone has the same problem and if so how to fix it.

A technician replied you in your existing ticket on 28th May. While tickets will automatically close after 5 days without a response you can still reply to it again at anytime to reopen it.
