Bovada results errors

Hey All,

I'm having a whole host of problems with Bovada and PokerTracker.

1. I only play on Bovada and have never cashed out so I know exactly what my winnings should be. It does not line up with my stats tracked in PT4.
2. I started playing before I bought PT4 and imported hand histories via disk. There were some errors which may result in my winnings being incorrectly accounted for. Then I started hand grabbing live.
3. I've played 3 SnG tourneys. I was hand grabbing live. PT4 didn't account for where I placed and cashed out so I imported the hand histories the next day from disk. Now it says I've played 5 tourneys and the results are inaccurate.

My major question is what is the most stable way to get accurate results? Hand grab live? Import from disk later? I haven't played a ton so starting a new database won't be a big inconvenience. I just want accurate results.

Also... is there a bankroll tracker? So I can input my starting bankroll and manually enter changes if, say I play a live session when that's allowed again?

The Ignition Hand Grabber is in beta so there may be a few bugs. If you have any errors or incorrect results please send us your examples in a Support Ticket. You can also update tournaments with incorrect data manually using the Tournament Results window:

PokerTracker 4 does not track bankroll, deposits or withdrawals.
