HUD issues in Ignition tournaments

PT4 had been working brilliantly in Ignition tournaments, but started having issues a few days ago. Now instead of the HUD recognizing individual players, it tracks data for each seat, regardless of whether there is a new player sitting in the seat.

So we can investigate this please enable logging in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure > Options' and then restart it. If you then have any problem then take a screenshot and send that to us in a Support Ticket with your log files. You can access the log files by clicking 'File -> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window. Go into the 'Logs' folder and compress all the files there (not the Archive folder, just the files) and send them to us with your screenshot.

Not sure what changed, but everything seems to be working now.

Hey I am having the same problem with my HUD on Ignition MTTs. It just keeps track of the seat and when a new player takes that seat the stats don't reset.

It seems that following a recent Ignition software update some of the data that we use is not available. The development team are investigating to see whether the data may be available in a different place.
