Problems with update

I've instaled the new update for my pokertracker 4 and now it doesn't work. It shows this message (on the file attached).
How can I fix it?

It may be relative to the PostgreSQL client.
I am a brand new user by about 30 minutes and can't get around this problem.

I dont know if this problem is related with the problem OP reported, but you can try the previous version linked some posts above.

Thx a lot now seems back to work again, but where you can find these links to download older version? They are hidden or what? I ask for future troubles...
