Sit N Gos not working

HUD is not showing for any sit n gos that I play on Bovada. How can I fix this?

The Ignition/Bovada Hand Grabber Beta only supports regular cash games at this time. Tournament support is planned for a future update and if you want to be contacted when it's available please open a Support Ticket.

I don't have any ETA for that but if you want to be notified when it's released, and to potentially have access if a pre-release version is made available, then you can open a Support Ticket.

Any update here? I've moved almost full time to sngs and might have to try a new product to track this better.

Grabbing of tournament hands was released some time ago.

If it isn't working for you please ensure that you are using the latest PT4 version from the PT4 Download Page, and that you have your Ignition software installed in English.

If you still have the problem after that please enable logging (Configure > Options) and restart PT4.
Open a single table and play a few hands.
When you sit out go to File > Open User Data Folder in the PT4 menu.
In the window that opens go to the Logs folder and compress all of the files there (not the Archive folder, just the files).
Attach the zipped files to a Support Ticket so that we can see what is going on.

Sorry, I meant SNG results. Drive HUD says they're able to track my results (SNG only, no MTT). On PT4, all tournaments, including SNGs, don't have results unless I add manually.

Ah yes, tournament support is still relatively new and there are a few more things we need to add. Tournament prizes is on the list, but I don't yet know for sure what will be possible. If you open a Support Ticket about it we can let you know when that is added.
