It's working but my stats aren't laying down on the table where they belong. I have to unlock and reposition on each new table. Not a very serious problem, but just wondering if anybody else is experiencing this ?

That's working for me. Please double check that you have the same preferred seat settings in Ignition and PT4 - it's possible that the update reset something in Ignition.
Also note that you need to wait until your first played hand has been imported before the Hud will rotate to the correct positions - before that time PT4 doesn't know that there is a hero at the table so cannot rotate the Hud.

It doesn't seem to be working with zone hands anymore.

The Hud does not work for Zone hands, but the hands should be being grabbed and imported.

Please note that Zone hands are not complete hands as the data cuts off when you fold, so we actually recommend disabling Zone imports (via the Options button on the Status window, which you can access via the PokerTracker+ menu) and requesting the hands from the Ignition lobby after 24 hours, and importing those.

Looks like the update changed the default hero seat. I changed it back and it seems to be ok now. Thanks.

Having the same issue, not getting any hands after Ignition upgrade this evening.

Same issue as others have posted. No hands being recorded, both in zone and regular tables.
