New Ignition Version breaks hand catcher

The development team are aware and investigating the changes made by Ignition so that the Ignition Hand Grabber can be updated.

Yes, how long is this going to take? Relying on poker for my income due to some hard times so this is pretty inconvenient

Ignition released a major update to their software which changed a lot of things. Unfortunately, this broke the Ignition Hand Grabber. Typically, Ignition releases these updates once or twice per year where this happens and it typically takes us a few days to get the hand grabber working again. Our development team is working as hard as they can to get the hand grabber working as soon as possible. Once fixed everyone will automatically receive the update when they start PokerTracker. We will also post in this forum thread when that Ignition update/fix is pushed live.

The Ignition Hand Grabber has now been updated and it will be downloaded and installed when you next start/restart PT4.
