I don't think they're posting the hand histories on our computer. The location where they used to do it is empty. There is no longer an option to download hand histories from the client either

I can still download and import the hand histories.

I get it's hard, what they're doing. But yeah, going on 36 hours here and no work-around or anything, definitely disappointing.

If Ignition has stopped placing hand histories on our computer real-time, there is no way to fix it. Edit: I just looked again on Ignition and the option to download is back (!?). Maybe I don't know what I'm talking about...

I’m having same issues of no HUD. Hopefully PT4 can give us an update soon

Yes, I just d/led hand histories from 10/27 zone game so even thought PT4 cant catch you can still load your hands after the fact for review/analysis.
