Not grabbing Ignition hands again

I can't remember how long it's been, but my PT4 updated 2 days ago or something (?) and it started working for Ignition. that lasted like 1 or 2 days and then when I got up and started to play tuesday afternoon, it wasn't working again.

For anybody currently having an issue with the Hand Grabber please report this to us with your logs if you haven't already done so. Enable logging in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options -> Enable Logging', restart PokerTracker 4 then when it has fully loaded run Ignition. Open a single table and play a few hands and then after you sit out go to 'File > Open User Data Folder' in the menu and open the 'Logs' folder in the window that appears. Compress all of the files there (not the 'Archive' folder, just the files) along with the hand history file from the session and attach that to a Support Ticket. Thank you.

Just logged in to try again and it seems it's working! Was something changed? Or just a lucky outlier attempt?

Yeah, I'm having the same issue. Alas.

This morning I launched PT4 with logging enabled, jumped on Ignition, and everything was working just fine. Thank you mod/dev team.

Seems to be intermittently working, on and off. Strange.

It seems like Ignition made another change on Thursday which may have removed part of the problem, but we also pushed out another Ignition Hand Grabber update yesterday (Friday) which should make the connection more consistent.
