Converting HH from Windows to Mac

Hi, I'm attempting to transfer a single tournament hand history file from Windows to Mac. I saved the HH into a csv file and manually imported the HH to PT4 on the mac and just received an unrecognized file format error message. I had previously converted my entire database and transferred it to the mac with no issue. Apologies I can't find the fix for this. Appreciate any help in resolving this thanks.

Hand histories are not .csv files and those types of files are only generated when exporting the data within a report (the displayed numbers) for use elsewhere such as a third-party spreadsheet. If you want to export individual hands and import them into another database then you can select them and export them via the right-click menu. After right-clicking select 'Export Original Hand Histories' and NOT 'Export Report'.
