Hello. Does pt4 will support GG hands in future?

Support for downloaded GGPoker hands in PokerTracker 4 was added on 28th November 2019 and you can import those using 'Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk'.

When I go into "My Tournaments" on Pokercraft - I see "Data does not exist for this period. Please try it again with another date". I tried a bunch of different dates but still get this message.

Does anyone know a fix for this? Any other method to download GG HHs? Thanks

Hands are downloaded from GGPoker in the 'Game History' section of PokerCraft but if you are having trouble with that please contact your poker site.

GGPoker do not permit the use of a HUD so there are no auto-import settings for it in PokerTracker 4 but hands downloaded from GGPoker can be manually imported into PokerTracker 4 using 'Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk'.

Hello Flag_Hippo,
this I understood and did already but I can't find the HHs when I am searching for them under my used nick, so I assume I have to do more than just import the hands, right?
To clarify: after importing the hands I want to analyse them, for example I want to see my VPIP or my RFI but for that I have to find my alias and that doesn't work.

PT showed me that it imported hands sucessfully though.

Your name in the hand history files provided by GGPoker is 'Hero' regardless of your actual screenname on the site so you would need to use that in PokerTracker 4.

I have the same question but for omaha cash tables. I am getting some warning while downloading my hand history like,

Warning: GG Poker: Run it three times is not a supported game type
Warning: GG Poker: Big Blind not posted in hand

It would seem PT4 doesnt fully support GG HH just yet. Are you guys working on this? Running 3 times on GG was always a think as far as I can remember.
